รีสอร์ทที่อนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรม ตั้งอยู่บนถนนสายวัฒนธรรม ในย่านเมืองเก่า รอบๆรีสอร์ทเป็นชุมชนที่มีบ้านเรือนเป็นบ้านไม้สักโบราณที่สวยงาม และมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะพื้นถิ่น เพราะอดีตตัวเมืองลำปางเดิมเคยอยู่ทางฟากนี้ในนาม เขลางค์นคร เมื่อเมืองถูกย้ายข้ามฝั่งไป ตัวเมืองเก่านี้จึงรักษาบรรยากาศที่เงียบสงบ สบาย ๆ และมีอากาศที่บริสุทธ์ ในแบบที่เหมาะต่อการนั่งรถม้ามาเที่ยวชมกัน รวมทั้งมีวัดวาอารามเก่าแก่ที่สวยงามอยู่มากมาย มีทั้งแบบพม่าและแบบล้านนา แต่ก็รวมความเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกันในการส่งเสริมพระพุทธศาสนา และรักษาวัฒนธรรมอันดีสืบทอดกันมา

โดยเหตุนี้ จึงมีการจัดกิจกรรมในท้องถิ่น เพื่อส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจในชุมชนและวัฒนธรรม โดยทุกเช้าวันอาทิตย์ มีงานกาดมั่วคัวงาย ที่จำหน่ายอาหาร มีการตักบาตรข้าวเหนียว และทุกเย็นวันศุกร์ มีตลาดกาดมั่วคัวแลง ที่จำหน่ายอาหาร มีพืชผักผลไม้ที่ชาวบ้านปลูกเองปราศจากสารพิษ และ สินค้าพื้นเมืองหลากหลายชนิดทางเอื้องคำรีสอร์ทก็มีส่วนร่วมในครั้งนี้ด้วย โดยจัดพื้นที่เป็นลานกิจกรรมไว้ด้านหน้าเพื่อให้เด็กๆได้ทำกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรม ที่ผ่านมามีการแสดงฟ้อนรำ และเล่นดนตรีพื้นเมือง เพื่อเป็นทุนการศึกษา

ดังนั้นเพื่อให้เกิดความเป็นอยู่ที่สอดคล้องกับชุมชน ทางรีสอร์ทจึงสร้างอาคารให้มีรูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมล้านนาและมีการตกแต่งแบบผสมผสาน แต่คงไว้ซึ่งการอนุรักษ์ ใช้วัสดุในท้องถิ่นมาตกแต่ง โดยใช้ไม้เก่า นำกลับมาใช้ทำเฟอร์นิเจอร์ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์อย่างคุ้มค่า ใช้ไม้ไผ่ทำรั้วเพื่อให้ลมเย็นได้พัดผ่าน กระเบื้องปูพื้น หรือของที่ใช้ภายในรีสอร์ทก็ใช้ผลิตภันท์ทั้งงานเซรามิก และงานผ้าทอมือ ที่ผลิตในจังหวัดลำปาง เพื่อเผยแพร่และแนะนำสินค้าในจังหวัดให้นักท่องเที่ยวได้รู้จัก ในการตกแต่งภูมิทัศน์บนพื้นที่ขนาด 2 ไร่ ได้อนุรักษ์พันธุ์ไม้ไทยดอกหอมนานาชนิดเพื่อเพิ่มธรรมชาติให้กับสิ่งแวดล้อมและชุมชน และได้อนุรักษ์พันธุ์ไม้ไทยดอกหอมนานาชนิด ตัวอย่างเช่น สารภี บุณนาค ลำดวน กันเกรา คำหมอกหลวง หอมหมื่นลี้ ชมนาด พุดน้ำบุต พุดตะแคง แก้วมุกดา ปีบ ประยงค์ สายน้ำผึ้ง รวงผึ้ง พิกุล ฯลฯ ให้มีดอกบานและมีกลิ่นหอมหมุนเวียนกันตลอดทั้งปี
